Semiprivate Training

ST is great for those who still want to have personal attention but they also want social support from their close ones – family, friends and so on. It is also a good option for the budget minded clients who might not be able to afford a one on one training even though we have different tiers and options for financing. We would recommend to start your fitness program with Private or Couples only training for at least 3 months to learn the moves, forms and condition your body before moving on to the next level with less personalized supervision. We will provide continuous assessments of your performance and give you our feedback.
